What payment methods do you accept?
As of now Cash on Delivery is the only option. While paying via COD, 1 extra day is added to the Delivery Time in which we re-confirm your order by calling you on your given number. Soon payments via Bank Transfer, Jazz Cash or EasyPaisa will be added to expedite your order, you can reach out to us on our website chat, Instagram or our email: contact@rangprast.com for any queries.
How much time does it take for delivery?
We ship all orders within 1 day after confirmation. It will take around 5-7 days for the item to reach you. All parcels are shipped through professional third-party courier services.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy if the product is damaged or defected at the time of delivery. You can reach out to us via email, website chat or Instagram and once our team verifies your case, you will be eligible for a return.
Do you ship worldwide?
We are sorry to say, currently delivery is only available in Pakistan.
Can I ask for a change or refund?
If the case is genuine, we offer a 7-days refund policy: you can buy the product and if you are unsatisfied, you can return it within 7-days.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours by contacting our customer support team through our website chat.
What if I receive a wrong product or a product in bad condition?
All products purchased from www.rangprast.com can be exchanged within 7 days only if the product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery or the item does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had purchased. The duration of return processes varies depending on your location.
How do I place an order on Rangprast?
If you are interested in any of our products and wish to purchase it, please add the item in your Shopping Bag. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order. You will be asked for Cash on delivery at the end of the checkout process.
